We had an amazing stay at this hotel with exceptional hotel facilities and very friendly staff that provided prompt service. We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the breakfast spread was excellent.

This venue was an unparalleled luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre was one of the most exclusive amenities that I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. the steam room alone would be enough to make me recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time in the mountains. the Swimming pool was a beautiful, heated wonder that was the perfect temperature to lounge in while enjoying the stunning mountain views. the service was top-notch, and the food was delectable, served by friendly staff that made me feel welcomed immediately.

The only issue I encountered was with one of the sauna's doors, which was not closing properly, so there was some heat escaping. This was not a major issue, as it was a minor problem that didn't affect my overall experience.

The hotel was situated in a great location, only a short drive away from the skiing resort which is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the hotel had a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool to enjoy.

Some guests complained about children being too loud while playing outside in the garden.

The spa facilities were amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the multiple saunas. the views from the pool were breathtaking and added to the overall relaxation experience. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made it feel more like a home away from home.

The food was a disappointment. the Christmas dinner was not up to the standard we expected and lacked variety.

What a romantic escape! The views were absolutely breathtaking, with majestic mountains rising in the distance. The pool was a highlight, with crystal clear water reflecting the stunning scenery. And to top it off, we enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa that left us both feeling rejuvenated.

Not all aspects of our stay were perfect. For those who are foodies, the dining options may be a bit limited and the menu can become repetitive after a few nights.
